Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients

  • 350 g Chicken breast meat
  • 30 g Peanuts
  • 20 g Green and Red pepper
  • 50 g Celery
  • 2 Tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 4 Tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Cooking Wine
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 35 g White sugar
  • 15 g Vinegar
  • 20 g Wet starch
  • 2 Pieces Scallion
  • 1 Pieces Ginger

Directions

  1. First, we need to cut the chicken breast meat into small pieces. Then add 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 2 teaspoon salt. Mix them with chicken evenly. Wait for about 20 minutes.
  2. Add wet starch and mix it with the chicken evenly. Meanwhile, pour 2 tablespoon peanuts oil in the pan. Turn the stove to a high temperature. When you feel the oil is very hot. Pour all the oil into a bowl from the pan. Then pour another 2 tablespoon peanuts oil in the pan. When you finish mixing the chicken and wet starch, put all the chicken meat in the pan. Fire the chicken meat until it is cooked. Then put all the chicken meat into a bowl.
  3. Add 2 tablespoon peanuts oil in the pan. Turn the stove to a medium temperature. When the oil is medium hot, put the ginger and pepper in the pan. Stir them and pour white sugar, vinegar and a little salt. Still stir them and then pour the chicken meats in the pan too. Stir them.
  4. After stir them for about 2 minutes, add some peanuts. Stir them for seconds. Then serve immediately.
