Spicy Squid Rolls

Ingredients

  • 350 g Squid
  • 2 color pepper
  • 100 g Barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Peel it off. Then wash the squid and cut it in half.
  2. Cut the squid horizontally into 2 cm-wide strips, then vertically into 2 cm-long sections.
  3. Cut the squid into small pieces.
  4. Cut the color pepper into small sections as well.
  5. Add barbecue sauce to the squid.
  6. Pickled half an hour
  7. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap. Then put it into microwave oven and set the time as 5 minutes using high heat.
