- 350 g Squid
- 2 color pepper
- 100 g Barbecue sauce
- Peel it off. Then wash the squid and cut it in half.
- Cut the squid horizontally into 2 cm-wide strips, then vertically into 2 cm-long sections.
- Cut the squid into small pieces.
- Cut the color pepper into small sections as well.
- Add barbecue sauce to the squid.
- Pickled half an hour
- Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap. Then put it into microwave oven and set the time as 5 minutes using high heat.
